Use the map at the bottom of this page and find the closest or most convenient of our 250+ fingerprint capture partners. TAKING FINGERPRINTS is necessary because criminal record checks require a recent copy of your fingerprints, and you will have to visit in person. Capturing fingerprints is a 10-minute walk-in free service. You don't need to make an appointment. MAP

03 AWAIT POLICE CLEARANCE REPORT AND ASSESSMENT
Please notify us via Email when done. admin@louwrenskoen.co.za, and we will electronically apply for the Criminal Record Report from our side. Results are typically available within 48 hours, or two working days, from the day the request is submitted.
04 CONSIDER RESULTS AND ASSESSMENT
Should we receive a Criminal Record Report with an adverse listing, we will assess if you qualify to have your criminal record expunged and notify you of your options, costs, and time frames to remove the record. You may then choose to proceed but have no obligation to do so.
05 FINANCIAL MATTERS
Pay our Invoice for the expungement application.
06 APPLICATION PREPARED AND LODGED
